Nezza's 4-3-3 tactic

First of all thank you. I was nearly uninstalling my game out of frustration until i begin use my tactics and the difference is amazing.

I onle have one question, so far i am using v2 and my main midfileders are Wilshire, Lucas Romera (fully reached potential with great attribitues) Yohan Cabaye, Sissoko. They rarely score and assist and their average rating is below seven even though i dominate all matches with plenty of goals. Only sissoko managed to be above 7 with scroing goal. so i have two question.

1) Does rating heavily depend on goal and assist and ignore the role of passing
2) And is this scroing and assist problem of midfileders related to this tactic or a general problem for fm 2014.

What i try to say does my midfileders are not playing good enough or rating system does not justice them. If the system is balanced then does anybody get low ratings in this tactics or simply my players form are bad.

i had the same problems with my midfielder's when it comes to ratings and i think it's FM14 because a few games i have seen Sissoko and Anita both score and assist and they ended up having either a 6.8 or 6.9 rating, and i think you could be right with your first question about the ignore the role passing as well.

for instant i had Cabaye making 78 complete passes out of 80, he assisted 2 goals one from free kick and one from corner and he made 11 successful tackles out of 15, to me this must be a rating over 8 but he got a 7.2 which is odd
 
OMG! I was at first place in January with Newcastle. All of the sudden Ter Stegen got inj early in jan and my second goal keeper got injured almost at the same time just after the window shut. I had to rely on a 17 year old keeper from my U18 team with ZERO talent. I ended up at 7th. Gutted. I was 3rd the year before.

So this tactic does not work if you have a keeper who could easily be replaced with a peg ;)

it was nearly the same with my keepers, i had Krull & Elliot injured but i was lucky to have bought Timo Horn in and he's my first starter now
 
Thanks, and btw could this tactic work with west ham, norwich, sunderland or stoke?
 
Hello nezza, and thanks for the tactic. Im using it with my Liverpool team, but there is one problem. I concede very much goal, I have played 25 Premier league matches, and have conceded 41 goal. I have big problems against the weaker teams, as Fulham, Southampton, Crystal Palace etc, and have many draws, and loose against them. My main defending starters is:

Mignolet
Johnson - Sakho - Balanta - Coentrao

Do you think its just my defenders that is bad, or can it just be the formation not working for me?

it's weird Nezza, I also wanted to sell pastore in January, T Motta was hurt 6 months, and I have put pastore in DLP and surprise 20match = 4goal and 7 password
 
This tactic seems to be working very well for my Arsenal team, many thanks.

In the summer Madrid poached Mertesacker and Arteta off me, so I bought Varane off them (legendary CB in game, this tactic looks like it'd suit him too). I then signed Papadopolous and Montoya. I'm very happy with how it is in midfield, especially with this formation. The current crop is outstanding, and in Zelalem and Crowley I have two stars in waiting to take CM positions. Up front is a concern, but I'm going to try and sign Marco Reus in 2014 with his release clause, and convert him to a striker.

All going very well so far! BTW I'm using tactic V2.

it could be the tactic itself, Liverpool have a good set of creative players so i think a 4-2-3-1 would suit them best, if you want to keep on using my 4-3-3 tactic try tweaking the defenders or look at the analysis to find out where the goals are coming from
