We'll be massively disappointed. But they'll be very few if any calling for his head. That's now how we are or ever have been as a fanbase regardless. As bad as it got under Hodgson and Rodgers, the worst that ever manifested itself into was booing the end of games the back end of both tenures. There's a BIG distinction to what's said on social media/ the internet to people within the City or those who actually go the games. We've always been different to most other set's of supporters that way and prided ourselves on that.
We know how low we've fallen. We know how big a climb it is to get back up there. And we know this is a long term project where they'll be inevitable dips along the way. And the owners understand that or else I seriously doubt they'd of made that commit in him. Just because I'm very confident of a serious challenge this year don't mistake that for if that doesn't happen, I'll be leaping off the edge.
We're in this together for the long haul. Good or bad.
Fair play if that is really going to be the Liverpool attitude, even if Klopp becomes a flop this season in front of the kop and doesn't get the chop I can only admire that. But we'll wait and see, it's one thing saying it and another thing sticking to it. (More referring to the board). Actions speak louder than words, we'll see, it will be fascinating none the less to see how it pans out. For the record I actually want Liverpool to do well this season, I just hope Klopp can deliver the expectations and you come runner up to the truly big red club who will be champions this season.
