Sorry forgot to say. Have you extracted the file first? Then copy the folder (that comes from extracting the file) to a memory stick.

I don't know how good he is in the first season but Iker Munian for my Everton team has scored over 100 goals in two seasons but this is in 2014.

Oh right what you said should work though. I just plug my USB stick into my PS3, click on Save Data Utility then click on USB Flash Drive and the file is there and I can click copy. I haven't tried it on any other consoles yet so I'm not 100% certain it will work but I can't see why it wouldn't.
