I am managing NAC Breda. I try to make my players press more. Hassle opponents. Man to man marking, etc but they just don't work. It's like my entire team has a 5 second lag from the real world. How can I fix that? THey're slow to mark, slow on the intercept, etc.

Hi. I'm managing Fulham right now. Even when I use sideline commands to 'Hassle opponents' and to use tactics like Defensive, man-marking, they simply let the other players complete a lot of their passes. I know I"m not managing a top side but they can do better. What am I doing wrong?
